Orit A. Glenn, M.D.

Orit Glenn is an Associate Professor of Radiology, working primarily in Pediatric Neuroradiology. She received her B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her M.D. degree from the University of California San Francisco in 1994. She completed her Radiology residency at the University of California, San Francisco in 1999. She then completed a Neuroradiology fellowship with a focus on pediatric neuroimaging at the University of California San Francisco before joining the Radiology faculty in 2001.

Orit Glenn has received several research fellowships and grants for her research work in applying advanced MR technologies to the study of fetal and pediatric brain disorders. She works closely with MR scientists to develop and apply new MR techniques that can be helpful in better evaluating the pediatric and fetal brain. She interprets MR images of the fetal brain and neonatal brain, and is currently studying the diagnostic accuracy and prognostic value of fetal MR imaging.
